I'm based in Randwick and I specialise in helping buyers find and secure the right property across Sydney's Eastern Suburbs and Eastern Beaches.

My background is in commercial negotiation and business development, and I hold a Master of Property Development from UTS. I'm a Licensed Real Estate Agent. What I bring to buyer representation is a combination of genuine local knowledge, commercial discipline, and a straightforward approach to getting things done.

Why I do what I do

I started this business because I kept seeing the same imbalance. Sellers are almost always backed by a professional working hard to get them the best possible outcome. Buyers, more often than not, are navigating that same process alone. Without equivalent expertise, market access or negotiation experience, they're at a disadvantage from the start.

I'd seen friends hesitate, miss out, or walk away from the property market altogether. Not because the right property wasn't out there, but because the process was overwhelming and the odds felt stacked against them. I started Blackshaw Buyers Agent to change that.

My role is to give buyers the same level of representation that sellers have always had. That means access to properties before they hit the market, clear advice on value and risk, and someone in your corner when it counts most in the negotiation.

I work with a small number of clients at any one time. That's deliberate. It means every brief gets my full attention and every client gets a consistent, personal experience from start to finish.
